Proud Daddy

Tyler is right... He's asleep while I am anxiously waiting for our little one to arrive. Tyler and I had a nice evening with Tim and Jessica, we ate at market street then headed home. I fell asleep around 10:30 and woke up to a twinge and then a POP! I stood up and sure enough it started pooring! Yes, disgusting. My water broke! Right before I went to sleep i was telling Tyler my intentions of packing a hospital bag the following day. I thought I was being dramatic for wanting to pack it two weeks early. I do tend to be dramatic. So now, my "hospital bag" consists of one iPad, iPod, IPhone and camera with chargers included. I also grabbed a tshirt and sports bra... Seriously? We jumped in the car, said a quick prayer and then Tyler got pulled over and we were able to get an escort on the way here! Juuust kidding! That would have been a much better story but instead he drove the speed limit like a good boy. My contractions are 4 minutes apart and my dr should be here hopefully soon. I keep thinking about jamba juice and einsteins. I wish I could feel my legs, it's making me nuts. The IV in my hand sucks and I'm pretty sure I won't sleep for the next 18 years. But, I'm so excited to see her and hold her! I should probably call my mom soon... Shes going to kill me for not calling right away but grace has a play date and play dates are important. :)

I am grateful for Ty who is sleeping in a chair half his size and was just using a pillow without a case. Hes been wonderful.

The early bird gets the worm.

We had such a great time with our family in town. Marley and Miles along with Jan and Richard came for five days while my Mom and little sister came for one night. Jana and Diane had a shower for me on Saturday, it was great having everyone in town for that special day. The shower was amazing and Autumn will be so spoiled once she arrives! 2 weeks and 5 days left... But who's counting?

Marley and Miles were able to do a ski lesson while they were here. I wasn't there but I heard they DOMINATED! They look great in their ski gear. They also spent the day before tubing and snowmobiling. These kids love the snow!













A huge thanks to Jan and Richard for bringing the kids to Utah! We love you guys!

Blizzards

We got hit hard last night with 100 inches of snow. Poor Ty had to go out for hopefully the last time and shovel this morning. We are over it. It looks really pretty and it cleans our air but the snow must go. It's spring.

This kid seriously has so much already. If only she knew how lucky she was maybe she would stop beating me up and let me sleep. Thanks to my co-worker Whitney who planned the games and made the invitations and the most amazing cupcakes ever. Thanks to everyone else who helped out as well. You guys rule!

I didn't get any pictures of us... for some reason I could NOT stop sweating and Whitney kept moving while Amy made it clear she did not like pictures. Better luck next time!

My job finally paid off. haha.
